I have been living at Haltom Oaks Apartments for over a year now and I can say it has been a pleasant experience overall. The management is friendly and responsive to any concerns or issues that arise. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient in addressing maintenance requests. The grounds are well-maintained and the amenities offered are convenient. The only downside is the occasional noise from neighbors but that's expected in any apartment complex. Overall, I would rate Haltom Oaks Apartments as average.
