I had a satisfactory experience with Travel Outfitters. The website, packinglight.com, was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of travel gear. The prices were reasonable, but I found some items to be a bit overpriced. The customer service was responsive to my inquiries. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.
