I recently hired Schaaf Construction to remodel my kitchen and I have mixed feelings about the experience. On one hand, the work they did was of decent quality and they finished within the promised timeframe. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. There were several instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response and it felt like they were not as attentive as they could have been. Overall, an average experience.
