GREAT PLACE!!! I ve read through the reviews and most the bad ones are common problems dealers have. You can t please everyone in this industry and that s ok.
Went into the building and right away a salesman, Justin Flowers, said hi and told us to look around and just ask if we have any questions. Two minutes later he is showing us his used innovatory of used bikes. Mind you with cost sheet in hand so we can see what they paid and what they are asking for each bike. No pressure at all. Took a test drive on a 2015 Dyna Lowrider and fell in love. Justin then helped us through the app process, even with are crazy 3 yr old running around us.

With Justin and Bart Engstrom s help we flew though the finance part in no time. At no time, where we pressured to add or buy anything. Bart did a great job on showing us all our options and what they could do for us. We ended up signing a great deal.

After our purchase and the great bell ringing ceremony. We where introduced to Leila Floyd in the MotorClothes Dept. She walked us through what they provide and what they could order for us at anytime. Of course had to pick up a new helmet and found her knowledge great in that dept. Again, no pressure just great help.

Our next stop was with the Parts Dept. with Jessica Miller. This girl was super swamped. She was working the phone and orders by people in line. When we got to her though she forwarded her calls to another person and took all the time to show us what she could do for us there. Ended up buying a rear seat for the old lady. Jessica also told us at anytime we found something out riding we like and took a pic she would do her best to find said part. Amazing service from her also.

The final stop was at Service, where we met Tyler Young. What do you know he was a young man full of knowledge and eager to help us with any questions about services they provide. He even broke down some attachments we purchased that apply to thier dept. Mind you he was totally multi-tasking like Jessica in Parts but that s ok in my book. I came from customer service and understand making every customer feel special is a great key to this business. He did an amazing job at it.

So overall, I had no grips about this business. I do have one suggestion though. This place would do wonders having some little area for kids to stay busy. Families that ride love to take thier kids on occasion to shops. This not only helps them not have to find a sitter but also helps introduce the next generation to the love of the ride . Keep up the great work guys and I ll be totally comfortable introducing my other friends to your business. Thank you again and look forward to stopping in on the weekends and picking up some fun items here and there.
