Horrible! Bed bugs, bats, broken hot water heaters...

Horrible! Bed bugs, bats, broken hot water heaters, filthy common areas, complete negligence by Intermark Mgmt and leasing agent. They ignore residents and their requests for repairs. Taxpayer money (as most units are subsidized by federal funds) goes to the annual cruise that management indulges themselves with! Nothing short of criminal! Go to the Federal Housing Authority website and fill out a complaint form...this will go directly to the Washington D.C division and not the state. PLEASE REPORT THEM
