I recently had a procedure done at the Institute of Urology and I must say, it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and professional, but I felt that the overall care could have been better. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, but there was a lack of personal attention. It would have been great if the doctors took more time to explain the procedure and answer my questions. I hope they work on improving their services for future patients.
