Located in a relatively industrial area, but somewhat convenient. The staff were not the friendliest or most welcoming. We had 3 rooms on the 4th floor and one afternoon there was a fire alarm. I had 3 seniors, 2 of which had canes. We had to evacuate using the stairs since elevators don't work during fire alarms. I know it wasn't the hotel's fault but there was zero acknowledgement of the inconvenience nor any comp and the manager clearly saw me and my Aunt struggling getting the others out. On the plus side, the restaurant on site is large and can host a large group of people. Food was mediocre.
