I will give it zero if it possible. They lost 3 parcels in difference 3 days.
The tracking shows delivered in my locker. However, there is nothing in my locker. I went their office 3 times and they can't figure it out what is wrong.

They suggest me to send signature required parcel but I am not the person who send the parcel.
