I have been a customer of Spectrum risk management & insurance services, llc for several years now and I must say that their service has been average. I had some issues with claims processing in the past, but they were eventually resolved. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they always respond promptly to my inquiries. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of their coverage options and pricing. Overall, I would rate them as average.
