Asset Protection Group security steals in my building.

Asset Protection Group provides security for the building I live in (or used to, not sure if they were replaced due to the following happenstance). The problem I had - and it was a big one - is that their employee on duty that day used his master key to let himself into my apartment and stole a brand new iPhone 13 Pro that was plugged into the charger next to my bed. I actually saw the thief let himself into my apartment earlier, so that apparently was his MO.

My floor is 80% women and in speaking with some tenants after the theft they related how some things would mysteriously vanish like a roll of quarters from a dish on a dresser. They never knew building management would allowed Asset Protection personnel to use a master to let themselves in unsupervised, a bad policy that has been stopped although too late for me.

So, forewarned is forearmed. Dirtbags are everywhere but these thefts are IMO indicative of a culture in this company at the basic level that is not healthy and needs reform or internal policing.
