As a customer, I had a mixed experience with Pidoco GmbH. While their product is innovative and offers a lot of useful features, I found their customer support to be lacking. It took quite some time to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did get a response, it wasn't always helpful. However, I must acknowledge that their software is top-notch and has helped me streamline my design process. Overall, I would rate Pidoco as average.
