GDE started working on our complex with 1 days not...

GDE started working on our complex with 1 days notification and right before Christmas. They have not followed through with precautions to protect items on our property(i.e.. tarps to protect items from spray painting or power washing) and are severely lacking in communicating when work will take place and for how long. I have walked out to my car several times to find it covered with a tarp or taped in with caution tape along with all of the cars in our parking area. Again, no type of notification and not much follow through when issues arise.
