I recently had the opportunity to engage with Ixara Consulting and overall, I found their services to be fairly average. The company website is user-friendly, 🌟, and provides all the necessary information one would need. However, the responsiveness of their customer support team was a bit lacking. It took them a while to address my queries and I had to follow up multiple times before receiving a satisfactory response. The consultants I interacted with were knowledgeable, but their communication skills were average at best. On the positive side, their expertise in the field was evident and they did manage to provide satisfactory solutions. 🤔 Overall, I would rate them a 3 out of 5 stars as their services were decent, but there is certainly room for improvement in terms of customer service and communication.
