I recently had the opportunity to work with this engineering and management consulting company, and I must say the experience was average. Their website provided extensive information about their services, which was helpful. However, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slower than expected, and the communication could have been more efficient. Additionally, the project delivery was delayed, causing some inconvenience. On the positive side, the team was knowledgeable and had a good understanding of their field. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but it did not exceed my expectations. Overall, while this company did an average job in terms of their services, I would suggest them to improve their customer service and project management skills to enhance the overall experience for their clients.
