Wasted 8 hours of driving to come pick up a car that they tried to add $5,000 in fees after negotiating a price. Was paying cash and everything. Didn t even try to pull another car or anything. Not interested in making sales I guess. Lack of care. Lack of customer service. Lack of basic human decency.

Sales guy Tommy Chills negotiated with us and couldn t even be bothered to talk to us after we drove the four hours down. Lied about hidden fees then pawned us off to a coworker.

Update: Their corporate response to my review says they ve been trying to reach me . That is false. No calls, emails, or anything else.
