As a customer, I recently had an average experience with the Spectrum medical x-ray company. While I appreciated the convenience of their website, I found that it lacked detailed information about their services and products. It would have been helpful to have more in-depth descriptions and specifications to make an informed decision.

Furthermore, their customer support was average at best. I encountered some delays in receiving responses to my inquiries, and the solutions provided were somewhat generic and didn't fully address my concerns.

On the positive side, the ordering process was straightforward, and the delivery of the product was prompt. The quality of the x-ray equipment I purchased was satisfactory, although I have seen better options on the market.
