I recently got my roof repaired and it was an average experience with the company. The website was easy to navigate and had some useful information. However, I was expecting a more personalized and attentive customer service experience. The crew did a decent job with the repair, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. 🤷‍♂️ Overall, the service was satisfactory, but I think they could improve in terms of communication and attention to detail. I hope they take customer feedback into consideration for future projects.
