Raising up from 1-star because the vast majority of our vinyl flooring installation looks fantastic. Unfortunately, in one of the rooms, they laid the planks the wrong direction and it doesn't match the rest of the installs. Initially, their customer service was responsive. Now, two months later, the issue still isn't corrected and we're going to be forced to call Home Depot to get involved. I give some credit to the person that's been corresponding with me. It appears she's been trying to help but the ownership either can't or won't stand behind their work. Don't let Home Depot set you up with this company. If anything goes wrong you'll be left without resolution. Install it yourself or find another contractor.

4/10/21 UPDATE: They've finally worked out the fix, 6 months later. Lori did a really nice job staying on it but overall, the 2-star experience has to stick.
