Lack of customer service and professionalism. I first brought it in they said the engine mounts, transmission mounts, and coolant fan were damaged. They said it was due to a collision without a doubt. Then once they had issues with the at fault parties insurance, almost 2 months later, I was then told it was not related to a collision by the staff. They said the Powertrain warranty would cover it. Then once again they back tracked saying it was not covered. The supervisor I spoke too was unprofessional and rude. I ended up contacting the reps for Mopar/Chrysler who straightened things out. Then when I went to pick up my jeep the gas tank was on E. I was then told that gas wasn't covered by the warranty even though they drove the jeep. They did finally put gas in the jeep. Less than a quarter of a tank. I had considered buying a car from them until this incident.
