I have been a customer of Concept Canbec for a while now and I must say that their service is average. I haven't had any major issues, but there have been a few minor hiccups along the way. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes they can be a bit slow in responding to inquiries. Overall, I would say it's a decent company.
