I have been a customer of First state for several years now and I must say, their service has always been average. Nothing extraordinary, but also nothing terrible. Their website is easy to navigate and their customer support is responsive. However, I feel that their rates could be more competitive compared to other companies in the market. Overall, a satisfactory experience.
