I had an average experience with PT. SUGINDO INTERNATIONAL & PT. GLOBAL TEKNINDO BERKATAMA. The customer support was satisfactory but could have been more efficient. The products I purchased were of decent quality, although there were some minor issues. Overall, an okay experience.
