😊 My experience at the Crowne Plaza West Hanoi Hotel & Residences was truly outstanding! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, and the amenities provided were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the spa facilities and the delicious meals at the on-site restaurant. Highly recommended!
