I have been a customer of Big Issue North for several years now and I must say, the overall experience has been average. While the website is easy to navigate and find the information you need, I often find that the content is somewhat lacking. The articles are not always engaging and there seems to be a lack of variety in the topics covered. The rate of new articles being published is also quite slow. However, I appreciate the organization's commitment to helping the homeless and providing a platform for their voices to be heard. It's a good cause, but there is definitely room for improvement.
