My recent experience with Ftz ltd - o2 franchise was not up to my expectations. The service was subpar, and I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. The staff was courteous, but they seemed overwhelmed and unable to provide efficient service. I hope they can improve their operations to maintain their reputation.
