I have been using Brighton & hove bus and coach company limited for a while now, and I must say they provide an average service. The buses are usually on time, but sometimes there are delays. The bus drivers are generally friendly and helpful. However, there have been a few instances where the bus was overcrowded, and the journey was uncomfortable. Overall, it's an okay experience.
