I found Encuentro Ciudadano to be an average company. They provide decent service and their website is well-designed and easy to navigate. However, I wasn't too impressed with their customer support. It took them quite a long time to respond to my inquiries and their responses weren't very helpful. Overall, my experience with them was just okay.
