My experience with Gift Market was a bit disappointing. The website was slow and difficult to use, which made finding the right product frustrating. The item I received was also of lower quality than expected, and it arrived later than the estimated delivery date. The customer service was unhelpful when I tried to address these issues. I hope they improve their service in the future.
