I purchased tickets for a performance at the Joffrey, but unfortunately I was unable to attend on that particular date. I reached out to the Joffrey via phone and email, requesting that my tickets be transferred to another performance date. Fernando promptly responded to my phone call AND email, and he was able to help me make the requested changes. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for your flexibility, and I will DEFINITELY be coming back for another performance. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
