All the meals were superb except the Navarrin de Veau (a little dry and with no real flavor). Our room was unexpectedly large, we could have danced happily. The cleaning of it during the stay was far beyond what I have always observed elsewhere in Quebec, the US and Europe. The staff was super courteous except for a lifeguard at the pool. After, remains the high cost of the stay: the quality is paid however.
