I recently booked a trip with this travel company, and I have to say that I was not impressed. The website was confusing to navigate, and it took me a long time to find the information I needed. The customer service was also lacking. They were slow to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, they were not very helpful. Overall, it was not a great experience.
