I had applied in Dataction Analytics for the role of Software Developer last month.
The interview process comprised of a total 2 rounds - Technical Virtual Interview + Techno Managerial Virtual Interview.
It was quite fast compared to other companies and all rounds including HR, were done within 3 days. I was selected and I felt truly overwhelmed with the experience as I have been receiving timely feedbacks from the HR (which is VERY RARE...many companies have till date not told me the outcome of interviews where I invested so many hours )
My interactions all with the Managers and the HR team has been super affirmative and this gave me a taste of a positive culture.
My expectations were as per the market standard but I must highlight that they very are good pay masters and offered much better than many!
Didn t take up the offer as my family doesn t want me to shift to Pune this year.
However if I plan to shift to Pune any time, will surely prefer to get interviewed again :-)
