Took 3 months to get a phone line in March 2017. Had to call every week to get them to even do anything or come to the right house. Never received any further communication until a bill dated AUGUST got sent 2 weeks before Christmas requesting immediate payment. Merry Christmas right?!?! Worse than having to deal with Telstra. Poor admin, poor management, poor customer service- hopefully this helps other families avoid a terrible experience.
