I had a mixed experience with Tour House Viagens e Turismo Ltda. The booking process was relatively easy and the rates were reasonable. However, I did encounter some issues with the customer service. The staff was not as friendly or helpful as I had hoped, and I found it difficult to get my questions answered. Overall, it was an average experience, and I'm not sure if I would book with Tour House again.
