I'd like to give it a 4 and 1/2. my son has been there for about 5 weeks and is coming home tomorrow. He has so many staff that he loves so I'm confident that he was treated well the whole time. He's nine and didn't share any concerns about staff being mean. His therapist was great was wonderful communicating with me and I really appreciated that. My only two disappointments were that there was never a true team meeting. I never felt like everyone who work with him sat down to talk about it with me and that his therapist team and Doctor were changed just a couple days before he left which made absolutely no sense to me
