I have been a customer of Klein financial services for several years now and I must say they have been nothing short of average. Their services are decent but there is definitely room for improvement. The staff is friendly and helpful, but there have been a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get my concerns addressed. Overall, I would rate them as average.
