Usually is a go to restaurant but has been slowly declining even without the stress of indoor dining. Ordered to go and was told 6:15 pickup but waited outside until 7:00 only to be told they dropped my soup and didn t have anymore so they took it off the bill. No big deal I get it but didn t like waiting the extra time. Would of just left my house later. Then I get home only to find half the order was right. My meal was something completely different. With online ordering I m not sure how something like that can be messed up when it s printed on the ticket. Miscommunication is impossible. I expect this kind of service from a fast food restaurant.
