I recently had an experience with Grupo cto and I have to say it was average. The service was not outstanding but it was not terrible either. I think they can improve in certain areas, especially in terms of customer support. The website was easy to navigate and the information was clear, but I felt like they could provide more detailed explanations. Overall, it was an okay experience.
