I recently started doing Pilates and Eva Pilates has been the perfect studio for me. The instructors are talented and provide clear instructions. The classes are challenging but enjoyable. I love the positive and supportive atmosphere. I have noticed great improvements in my body strength and flexibility. Eva Pilates is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality Pilates experience.
