I am not currently working at Softrams, and I am aware that a company's practices can improve or degrade over time; but speaking as of today, and based solely on what I have seen so far, I have been very impressed at their handling of applicants to their open positions. The people at this company (those I have communicated with) appear very smart, extremely fair, and respect you as a candidate; and even if you don't end up working for them, you will appreciate the way they treated you!
