The doctor is very good. But it is hard to meet your doctor, usually the fellow or resident doctor handles everything. The management system has serious problems. For the chemo daycare treatment, we have been waiting for over 2 and half hour, the registration desk still told us sorry,we have no control , there is no clue how long we will wait. It is very unfair for the weak cancer patient. The THN s goal says put patience first ! This is far away to meet this goal! Management, please improve your system. At least, informs patients what is the progress and how long patients need to wait
