I had mixed feelings about my experience with Roots Run Deep LLC. While the customer service was good, the overall quality of the products was not up to par. The website was easy to navigate, but I found the prices to be a bit high. I expected better for the price I paid. I might consider trying them again in the future, but I'll be cautious next time.
