I have been using the services of the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Black Hawk Co for a while now, and I must say, they have been average at best. The buses are usually on time, but the drivers lack professionalism. There have been instances where they have been rude to passengers, which is highly unacceptable. The fares are also quite high for the quality of service they provide. I hope they improve their standards in the future.
