I just started practicing yoga at Mission Ashtanga and I'm already hooked. The teachers are friendly and knowledgeable, and they create a supportive and encouraging environment for beginners. The studio is clean and well-maintained, and the classes are accessible and enjoyable. I can't wait to continue my yoga journey here!
