Had to take my mother to the ED this past week and the wait times were long, staff were not quick to do anything. Staff at the desk were talking loudly about personal life and complaints of having to do extra office work while higher ups sit around. Nurse was rude with my mother and did not seem to understand that she has dementia. Lab tech was very kind and caring. I was not pleased with the overall experience.
