I went here for something that was rather importan...

I went here for something that was rather important... I got blood drawn. Told me they'd call me the next day they didn't so I called them, they were very RUDE and told me "We will call you when we receive them or you can check them on the portal" I said "That's what I'm explaining to you is that my portal isn't working." They were EXTREMELY rude.
