The service provided by Kb Energy LLC was average. They were prompt in responding to my inquiries and their technicians showed up on time. However, the quality of their work could have been better. I had to call them back multiple times to fix issues that should have been addressed in the initial installation. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.
