Honestly, Heaton and Dainard is beyond a traditional real estate brokerage, these pictures encloses are from my agent Jennifer Philips who does all the legwork in the design work and sourcing material and James Dainard makes routine trips to my project to ensure everything is exceeding his expectations which are a lot higher than mine:) We got a terrific price on our project well below market and are excited to have them sell another one of our homes, which will be 5 in the last 12 months!
