I am a CUSTOMER of Transcoject gmbh and I have been using their services for a while now. I must say, their overall performance is pretty average. While they do deliver on time and have a good range of products, their customer service is lacking. There have been multiple instances where I had to deal with rude representatives who were unhelpful and dismissive. This has left a sour taste in my mouth and I am considering switching to another company.
