I had a mixed experience with Transformity. The customer service was great, they were always quick to respond to my inquiries and provide assistance. However, I found their website to be a bit confusing to navigate. The information I needed was buried deep within the site and it took me a while to find what I was looking for. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
